RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order for objective reasons*, you may initiate a return, request a refund, or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package.

To begin the process, please contact us at info@trypetrelief.com to receive the return address. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

*Objective reasons include:

- Size issue: You will be offered a store credit so you can place a new order.
- Quality issue: The product does not meet the specifications described on our website (e.g., defects, damage, etc.).
- Delay: The order was delivered outside the timeframe stated on our website.

Our goal is always to ensure customer satisfaction, and we appreciate your patience throughout the process.

NON-RETURNABLE CASES

We are not responsible for refunds or returns in the following cases:

- Subjective quality: The item does not meet your personal expectations or preferences.
- Delivery timeframe: If the order is delivered within the stated timeframe, we are not responsible if it was intended for a specific occasion.

We also reserve the right to review cases where an objective reason is claimed but may actually be subjective.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with original tags attached.

Please ensure that all items are returned in a single package. We recommend using a shipping provider that offers tracking, and you must share the tracking number with us.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the package. After inspection, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days using the original payment method.

In exceptional cases, refunds may take longer. If more than 15 days have passed since our confirmation email, please contact us at info@trypetrelief.com.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you must do so after receiving the order.

Please send us an email at info@trypetrelief.com with your order details (especially your order number and contact information). We will refund 100% of the amount within 7 days.

If you contact us later, we cannot guarantee cancellation. You will need to wait until your order arrives and then initiate a standard return according to this policy.
